Saturday Morning Weigh in #3

Hello everyone!  Twas a great week and it really showed on the scale.

Unfortunately, I was not able to get a lot of exercise in but I stayed on a strict diet.  Here is a sample of what I ate this week:


Breakfast:  Two cups of raisin bran and 1 &1/2 cup of milk

Snack: Almonds

Lunch: P B&J and apple

Snack:  Beef jerky

Dinner:  Chicken Salad with cheese its and cottage cheese (it’s better than it sounds)

    Chicken salad and cheese its? You will have to explain.. Doesn’t sound so tasty. Great job on the scale! I’m down 5 and weigh in again tomorrow. Keep up the good work!!
