Saturday Weigh In 2

Hello everyone!!

I have worked really hard this week!  I’ve counted my calories and worked out almost everyday.  Here is a list of the physical activities I’ve done:

1)  Rode my bike to and from work Monday, Wednesday and  Friday.  6 miles there and 6 miles back

2)  Went for 2 mile walks with my wife and boy Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.  

3)  Lifted weights on Thursday ( I need to improve the weight lifting.)

All in all it was a great week and I feel great!

I was able to count my calories and on average I ate about 1850 calories a day.  There were days I went to bed hungry and I needed to remember. I was not going to die if I was a little bit hungry.  Here’s an example of my average daily menu.

Breakfast:  Egg, 2 egg whites and toast. 

Snack:  I cup raisin bran

Lunch:  peanut butter and jelly sandwich and mixed veggies

Snack: 24 almonds

Dinner:  Chicken with brussel sprouts and a cup of rice

Not the tastiest but i’m on my way.
